Les Mills Combat Warrior

First off let me just say that this workout is not what I expected. I thought it was going to be one of those "grind it out" hard nosed workouts, but its not. It is the complete opposite. It is loosely based on a few different martial art workouts. Its kind of like the MMA workouts. The Les Mills Combat is designed to be a fun up tempo program that forces you out of your comfort zone and into fitness!!! Today was only the first day so future entries may look a little different lol!!!

Holstic by definition is relating to or concerned with wholes or with complete systems rather than with the analysis of, treatment of, or dissection into parts. Applying this mindset to your workout routine will ensure you to get a complete session everytime! When thinking about your body and how it works you will see that every system works together in synergy, therefore, granting you what we call Life! The brain is the control center of it all. That is where you start when you begin to make healthier choices in life. Your mind has to be focused as well as taken care of. So in essence you have to begin with a healthier mindset and then begin to change your physical health! Mind, body, and spirit all work together for optimal health!!!

Life- the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional; living things and the
Flow- move along or out steadily and continuously in a current or stream; To move or run smoothly with unbroken continuity, as in the manner or characteristic of a fluid.

These definitions explain in essesence that we as humans with the capacity to have life were designed to flow without interruption. So many ailments exist in our world because of we lack knowledge of what goes into our bodies as well as the proper exercise to maintain the flow of life in our temples. That is why Life Flow Wellness was created. This is a community platform designed to educate people on subjects of life, health, and wellness. Topics such as exercise, nutrition, proper rest, and social living will be discussed. This vision has been a long time coming and I hope the masses will enjoy!!!!
